Wellspring Church is committed to a team approach to ministry. We are dedicated to leadership development and investing in people with the goal of every believer discovering and developing their individual gifts and skills. All focus ministries and target groups at Wellspring Church are led by capable men and women who are committed to discipleship and the developing and deploying of other believers into ministry. It is our goal to impart what God has given to us and to impact our community, our state, and the world for the glory of Jesus Christ.

We believe in the importance of oversight and accountability.  Wellspring Church maintains relationships with ministers outside of our local work who are committed to assisting us through wise council, equipping, teaching, training and encouragement through Christian fellowship.

Pastors Jim and Linda are founding members and the Senior Pastors of Wellspring Church. Their current ministry extends from New York State to the mid-Atlantic to the mid-west and abroad. They have a very strong desire to invest in the next generation.

Jim has an extensive background in Law Enforcement and teaching. Linda has over 25 years experience in the field of Nursing and she is also the daughter of a retired pastor.  They have worked together for more than 20 years in many areas of ministry that include foreign travel, children’s ministries, and recovery efforts in New York City following the 9/11 crisis.
